No mystery scales — just five plainly defined conditions, applied the same way to every raw card we list.
- NMNear Mint
- Looks like it was just pulled from a fresh pack. Sharp corners, clean surface, no visible wear under normal light.
- LPLightly Played
- Minor handling wear — slight edge whitening or a small surface scuff. Still presents beautifully in a sleeve.
- MPModerately Played
- Noticeable wear: moderate edge whitening, light scratches, or surface scuffing. Tournament-legal in a sleeve.
- HPHeavily Played
- Major wear — heavy whitening, scratching, or surface damage. Priced to match.
- DMGDamaged
- Significant damage: tears, water damage, heavy creasing, or writing. A budget copy for the binder.
